For information on your re-certification, first contact Howard Rew (509-521-3251), our Section’s certification and recertification team lead, for information on filling out your re-certification paperwork. He will meet with you to go over your paperwork and provide you with additional information on mailing the signed application page to ASQ with your re-certifcation payment. No need to provide copies of all paperwork, you keep your original documentation. Contact Howard with any questions you may have.
