Planning Meetings
We strive to have planning meetings once a month.
Planning meetings are held periodically, generally the Thursday of the week following the monthly general membership meetings. The location has usually been the Shilo Inn restaurant, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Time and location are subject to change, but will be announced in the Section newsletter and website. Planning meetings are open to all members of the Section. Planning meetings are held at least quarterly, and are often supplemented with email discussions amongst the officers and members who have expressed an interest in Section planning. Highlights of the planning meetings are covered in the Chair's Corner of our Section newsletter.
